Clovis Tan
The Encounter Music & Worship
Clovis has a passion for worship and young people. He is a worship leader, songwriter, and a pianist by training. Over the years, he has written songs for corporate worship and regards music as a powerful evangelistic medium in today’s context. Clovis desires revival and an awakening to sweep through the nations and has spoken at youth churches and services in Myanmar and Singapore. He believes that a fresh new prayer and worship wave is stirring this generation and longs for the day every tribe and tongue declares His Name.
Clovis leads The Encounter Worship Band and also oversees The Encounter Music (Songwriting and Music Production side of the Ministry).
Clovis is married to Elina and they are blessed with 2 children, Kara and Kayla.

Ezra Phua
The Encounter Corporate Administration
Ezra loves the Word of God and believes that it is important to be rooted in the Word. To Ezra, worship is an expression of love to Him and is an important aspect of every believer's life. Ezra believes The Encounter will bring out the essence of worship and prays that lives will change as we encounter God in the beauty of His holiness.
Ezra serves both as a guitarist and bassist with The Encounter Worship Band and heads The Encounter Corporate Administration and Audio Team.
Ezra is married to Su Ann and they are blessed with a son, Asher.

Elina Er
The Encounter Events & Prayer House
Elina writes and sings prophetic songs that brings across messages God has for His people. She believes that the combination of prophetic words and music can immensely impact a person’s life and by extension, impact an entire generation. Elina also believes that prayer is the key to God’s powerful move across the nations. She loves seeing people come together with an earnest intention to seek His face and hear His heartbeat. To Elina, the most effective battles are those that are fought on one’s knees in prayer.
Elina serves with The Encounter Worship Band as a vocalist and heads The Encounter Events and Prayer House teams.

Phua Su Ann
The Encounter Creative, Corporate Communications & Dance
Su Ann loves spending time in His presence and resting in His assurance. She believes that when we worship, He reveals His presence to us and we are able to experience Him in a special way. She longs to see others find Him and experience Him personally in their relationship.
Su Ann serves with The Encounter Worship Band as a vocalist and heads The Encounter Creative and Corporate Communications arms.

Nathania Trixie Demot
The Encounter Outreach, Finance & Dance
Trixie enjoys dancing in the presence of God. She yearns for the anointing of God to saturate the worship space through her artistic expression. Trixie longs to see people from all walks of life come together as a body of Christ, to praise, worship and adore our Maker.
Trixie serves as a dancer at The Encounter and heads both the Outreach and Finance teams. She desires to be further used by God for the extension of His kingdom.
After being called by God into this ministry, Trixie is excited to see how The Encounter’s story will unfold.
